a parent's journey...

on kitchens and kitchen sinks

October 7, 2008

We full-time housewives and moms sure spend a lot of time in the kitchen.  Morning, noon and night, we’re there, preparing and cooking food, washing the dishes, etc.   To make work easier for us, a good and organized kitchen helps a lot.  Do I hear a unanimous YES?

Few years ago, we transferred our kitchen to a new part of the house. Everything had to be constructed, from foundation to roofing; of course that includes the floors, counter tops, kitchen sink, and cooking area.  We spent a great deal looking for granite for the counter tops and also scouring home depots for kitchen sinks. We were looking for a small but with double sinks coz it’s convenient to wash dishes when you have two separate sinks for the dirty dishes and the rinsed ones.  After hopping from one store to another, we finally found one which fits the right size we’re looking. Whew!

Want to see how double kitchen sinks look like?  Head on to sinksusa.com!  They have plenty of choices for stainless kitchen sinks and what’s more, they’re having a big sale! You can choose from undermount sinks, single bowl sinks, bar sinks, round sinks, large sinks and they also have a variety of sink accessories.  It’s a great store to shop when you’re building a kitchen or remodeling one.
