a parent's journey...

the shandle

November 14, 2008

Sometimes difference in toilet practice can cause a fight at home. I know a lady who’s always complaining that her husband always forgets to put the toilet seat down.  It drives her nuts.  Maybe she should put a in front of their toilet a big sign which says “Don’t forget to put the seat down after using!!!”  It could help her or, she can use the pretty little toilet seat handle to remind her husband about that.

I’m talking about The Shandle: Toilet Seat Handle which comes in cool and pretty designs (some have humor statements and reminders printed on it).  The handle is has an antimicrobial protection that prevents the growth of bacteria thus its safe and clean to hold.  They are waterproof and can easily be cleaned too.
Other suitable purposes would be for communal toilets such as in the office, dormitories, or establishments with public restroom.  It’s also good for home use especially if you’re potty training your kid. And guess what, they can also be nice gifts for any occasion.

You can choose from their different designs; natural, humor, decorative, just for kids, political party, etc.   See below for some sample of their design and how the Shandle looks like:

Cute little things eh?
