a parent's journey...

friends in friendster

June 9, 2009

I spent some time browsing on Friendster today, looking for old classmates in elementary, high school and college.  It was fun to see how they are now with their own families and careers.  One good friend of mine in HS was already married with 2 kids and from their pictures she posted, I can see that hers was a happy family.  I also reconnected with an elementary friend and we’ve been exchanging messages in Friendster daily.  She’s working in Saudi and like me, has a daughter.

There were more familiar faces I saw; some have grewn fat, others have matured so much, one looked like she needed a serious acne scar treatment, and there were some who still maintained their good looks inspite of age, kids and work.  I don’t know what they have to say about me.  Well, they can’t!  Coz I only posted a single half-body pic in my account.
