how safe is your drinking water?

I know most families spend a lot of money buying bottled water.  Here in Prague, we used to do that before.  But it all changed when one time I was at a friend’s house and found out that they drink directly from their faucet.  She told me that it’s safe. Taking her word for it,  we followed suit.  We don’t buy bottled water anymore which added more money saved in our pocket, and also lessened our garbage. =) 

Back home in the Philippines where the tap water is not advisable for drinking, we have a water purifier at home.  Water filters, water softeners are only some of the water systems that can help clean the water you’re drinking.  I think it is best to invest in this rather than spend daily on bottled water.  In the long run, having your own water purification system is better and cheaper.  Our purifier is already more than a decade old and it’s still working perfectly.  Just imagine the money we saved for all those years.
