When I see old stars in the screen, I wonder what they do to make themselves look young. Some are already in their 60’s but don’t show lots of wrinkles and they look young for their age. There are also celebrities already in their 40’s but still look very young and sexy. With today’s advancement in medicine and technology, it makes me think they undergo some surgery or probably take hgh pills to achieve such look. They can very well afford it anyway with all the money they’re making, besides aside from their talents, how they look matters a lot for them to get contracts with producers.
My little girl’s favorite animal is a dog. I guess it’s because since she was an infant she was exposed to her grandma’s pet, a black poodle who was born three months ahead of my daughter. The dog, Ori underwent dog training before she was given to mom.
Caity (that’s my girl) is now three years old and she still adores the dog. I even catch her kissing him sometimes! Ewwww! No matter how my husband tells me that his mom’s dog is clean, I just don’t buy it. Anyway, my girl is obssessed with dogs. Her grandma started giving her miniature dog figurines and she’s loving it. Whenever we play Lego, she asks us to make her a dog. Then she’d ask for more dogs. When we’re playing with paper dogs, she’d let me make lots of dogs. She even likes sleeping with her stuffed dog.
I wouldn’t be surprised when she one day asks us to get her a pet dog. Geeeezz! I hope she wouldn’t, coz I don’t like sharing our flat with an animal!
Whenever the weather gets too cold, my skin gets dry and starts itching. Since October I have been bothered by this problem. I am doing my own eczema treatments by taking lots of vitamin C and applying petroleum jelly on the irritated part. This really helped vanished the rashes in my right hand and left leg but the one in my right leg keeps coming back especially when I wear socks and pants and it rubs the skin. huhuhu Lately though, its getting better. Though it leaves dark scar, I still prefer it over the feeling of itchiness which can really be annoying. But still I hope it will totally stop itching coz it will take sometime for the scars to fade and I don’t want to hide my legs during summer. Ugh!

Not having my own credit card hasn’t really bothered me coz I have a debit card which is good enough for me. I only feel the need though when I want to shop online. Fortunately, hubby is there to do the buying for me, using his own card! hehehe Well, what’s good about this set-up is that it helps me regulate my spending habits coz he’s aware of what I am buying, not that he complains but still it stops me from splurging. Online shopping can be tempting you know, so it’s good I have a police. Hehe Sometimes I get carried away and choose more stuff than I would have wanted to buy to justify the handling and shipping expenses.
Aside from the cold the winter time brings, its the short length of daylight that concerns me. You see, there are many things I can do when the kids wake up from there nap and hubby is already at home. I can iron, I can sort out clothes, or mend some torn clothes. Our lighting fixtures don’t really offer a daylight effect to give me the brightness I need to do these stuff.
I am not encouraged to change the lighting fixture we currently have coz we’re just renting this flat. It would be great if we can replace it with good ceiling lighting, such as the quoizel which looks really nice. I can only wish. Maybe when we have our own house, then we’ll have to freedom to choose what lighting to install.
