Talking about Father’s Day gifts, et al

June 18, 2011

I was chatting with my sister in YM earlier and one of the topics we talked about was the upcoming Father’s Day this SUnday.  She was thinking what they should do on that day to make dad happy.   I myself was also thinking what to give as gift for dad.  Being away from home makes it difficult to send gifts with the costly delivery fee.  And since I don’t have much money to splurge on some electronics (yeah I wish I can afford to buy him a new TV), I opted to give dad fathers day gifts under 50 in a form of cash. Shhh don’t ask how much. hehehe  It’s not much but I hope he will be happy with it.  What matters anyway is the thought.  Right dad?

My sister then asked me what will I give hubby, to which I couldn’t find the answer.   Even a friend of mine also asked.  Knowing M, he’s not fond of gifts, so I think we will just do a special activity with the family; something that all of us will enjoy, something like making our own pizza. hahaha I have really been meaning to make pizza with my little daughter. And making it with her dad would be more special.  I don’t know. I hope we won’t be lazy when Sunday comes.
