Toy rotation

November 30, 2011
Last night, my little daughter was asking for her toy cart and the vegetables that came along with it.  Even hubby helped her look for it.  I asked him to take a look at the plastic box where we keep the toys, but he said it wasn’t there. Since I was busy editing some html codes, I didn’t really mind them.  After awhile though, daughter came in the living room with an excited squeal.  We found it! Look Mama!  When I saw the plastic bag that hubby was holding, it was then that I remembered placing her toys inside, including the toy barcode scanner and the palstic basket.  It’s funny that I totally forgot all about it.  Good thing hubby didn’t give up looking for the missing toys.  The rest of the night was spent by daughter-dad tandem, playing shopping. Today, daughter and son had a blast playing with the shopping toy set again.  They treat their old toys which they haven’t seen for a long time like new when they see it again.  That’s why I only take out few toys for them to play and hide the rest, so they don’t become too common for them. That way they don’t get overwhelmed with lots of toys around them.
